What do I do if my CS55 is malfunctioning? How can I get a replacement headset because the one I have is still under warranty?

1. Go to the website link below and fill out the Quick Service Form. You may be required to create an acccount (free of charge).

2. If proof of purchase is requested contact us and we'll gladly email you a copy of your invoice.

3. You will be able to track your order through the plantronics website.
